CHARACTERISTIC
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The LVCK/LVHA/LVHK heat pump is an independent reversible
cycle air conditioning unit, of the air to air type which cools,
dehumidifies, heats and cleans the air in part of a building by
filtering. It has a wide range of cooling or heating power from
14.500 W to 72.000 W and 15.500W to 80.000 W respectively.
They may be installed either as a compact unit or as a remote one
(split) as it is possible to split the equipment easily.
CABINET
Made of galvanised steel sheeting with epoxy painted finish,
weather proofed, units consist of an inner unit and a outer unit.
HEAT EXCHANGERS
Made of copper tubing with aluminiun swirl fins, they are designed
and spedially dimensioned to obtain the maximum output so as to
prevent ice forming in the outer heater, extending the operating
cycles to a maximum obtaining maximum output and exchange on
reducing the frequency of defrosting.
COMPRESSORS
One or two compressors of the scroll type cooled by exhaust gas,
with internal thermal insulation and an oil level indicator.
The compressor is fitted on vibration mountings both inside and
outside.
Casing resistance to assist evaporation of the coolant retained by
the oil after long periods without use.
KENMERKEN
ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING
De LVCK/LVHA/LVHK luchtgekoelde packaged airconditioning unit,
de compactair warmtepomp uitvoering type ,is een verticale unit
werkend volgens het omkeerciclus Deze unit is geschikt voor koelen,
verwarmen, ventileren, ontvochtigen en stoffiltering.
De compactairs zijn verkrijgbaar in een brede capaciteitsrange van
14.500 W tot 72.000 W koelingrespectievelijk 15.500 W tot 80.000 W
verwarming. Deze unit kan zowel in compacte als in split uitvoering
geplaatst worden.
Gezien het feit dat de units uitgevoerd zijn met afsluiters, waardoor
het freon in de buiten unit opgeslagen wordt, kan het "splitsen" van
de unit op het werk gedaan worden.
OMKASTING
Uitgevoerd in gegalvaniseerde staalplaat, geschilderd en afgewerkt
in epoxy,geschikt voor buitenopstelling. De unit bestaat uit een
lucht behandelingssectie en een compressor sectie .
WARMTEWISSELAARS
Uitgevoerd in koperen pijpen en aluminium lamellenblok, berekend
en gedimensioneerd om een hoog rendement te geven, onderanderen
door ijsvorming in de compressor sectie te vermijden met een maximale
werkingsciclus en een lage frequentie van de ontdooiciclus.
COMPRESSOREN
Een of twee scroll compressoren zuiggasgekoeld in- en uitwendig
trillinggedempt voorzien van beveiligingsthermostaat, kijkglas en
carterverwarming.
FANS
Inner fans one or two "E" or "D" centrifugal fans respectively are
fitted with a common axle activated through an adjustable and
variable pulley belt pulley with one activating motor.
The outer fan centrifugal type with built-in motor except models
38E - 64D - 76D has one or two centrifugal fans powered by one
single motor built in with transmission by belts to one single axle.
COOLING CIRCUIT
Made of welded dehumidifying copper tube with access
connections in the high and low areas, a storage reservoir for
preventing liquid from seeping into the compressor exhaust,
silencer fitted on the compressor discharge eliminating noise and
vibration, four way valve for reversing the COOL HEAT cycle,
dehumidifying filter, reducers, and one way valves are the
component parts completing the cooling circuit. High and low
pressure pressostats protect the unit from bad use, the low one for
automatic reset, the high one for manual.
SWITCHBOARD
Easily accessible for the installer to handle and at the same time
centred in the outer unit, it consists of power contactors with
thermal protection of compressors and fans. A time delay
defrosting thermostat with temperature instructions and defrosting
operating time. 5 minutes time delay operation, with which possible
continuous start ups of the compressor as well as immediate cycle
changes due to oversight or improper operation are anticipated.
VENTILATOREN
Direct aangedreven centrifugaal ventilatoren compressorsectie type
. Een of twee dubbelaanzuigende centrifugaal ventilatoren, afhankelijk
van het model "E" of "D", V-snaar gedreven en electromotor voorzien
van verstelbare pulley in de luchtbehandelingssectie Een of twee
dubbelaanzuigende centrifugaal ventilatoren V-snaar gedreven in
de compressorsectie type 38E-64D-76D.
KOELTECHNISCH CIRCUIT
Uitgevoerd in coperen pijpen, voorzien van aansluitingen op hoge
en lage drukzijde en afsluiters ten behoeve van het eventueel
"splitsen" van de unit. De zuigzijde van de compressor is voorzien
van een vloeistofafscheider, en de perszijde van een geluidsdemper.
Een vierwegklep zorgt voor de overschakeling van koeling naar
verwarming en omgekeerd. Verder zijn in het koelcircuit filterdroger,
terugslagklep en restrictors opgenomen. Ter beveiliging worden HP
en LP pressostaten toegepast, waarbij de LP automatisch gereset
wordt en HP handmatig.
SCHAKELKAST
Gemakkelijk bereikbaar opgesteld in de compressor sectie voorzien
van, magneetschakelaars voor compressoren en ventilatormotoren,
uitgerust met thermische beveiligingen. Ontdooiklok met temperatuur
en tijdsduuraanduidingen van het ontdooiciclus. Starttimer met
tijdsvertraging van 5 minuten ter voorkoming van het direct
inschakelen van de compressoren.
