Possible causes
Battery isn't fully charged
Wrong charger is being used
Brush Roll is jammed
Brush Roll needs to be reset
Broken Brush Roll Belt
Dirt Tank is full
Dirt Tank isn't installed properly
Foot is loose
Filters need cleaning
Filters need replacing
Clog or obstruction in foot area
Dirt Tank is full of debris
Filter Assembly is missing or
installed incorrectly
Dirt Tank installed incorrectly
Wrong charger is being used
Hand vac may not be installed in
place properly
Brush roll stalled by debris.
Remedies
Charge battery. Follow charging
battery instructions on page 5
Be sure to use only the charger
supplied with your product. The label
on the detachable hand vacuum will
list which charger can be used
Remove obstruction.

Position Dirt Tank correctly and
snap firmly into place
Make sure foot is fully inserted into
body of unit

Detach foot from main body and
examine and remove clog from
opening
Empty Dirt Tank
Check Filter Assembly for correct
installation
Position Dirt Tank correctly and
snap firmly into place
Use only the charger that comes with
the machine
Remove the hand vac and install it
properly.
Clear the Brush Roll and Brush Roll
End Cap area. Follow instructions on
page 12
