BEFORE USING
Insert the filter (4) into its filterholder (5) and attach it onto the appliance. To eliminate any traces of resi-
dues due to manufacturing that there might be on the appliance, it is advisable to activate the appliance
(following the instruction to be found in the 'HOW TO MAKE COFFEE' section at least once or twice using
only water, that is without filling the filter with coffee. Carefully wash all removable parts, then rinse and dry
carefully.
HOW TO MAKE COFFEE
Place the appliance near an electrical outlet and uncoil the power cord just enough to reach the socket.
Insert the filter (4) into its filterholder (5). Fill the filter with ground coffee. Inside the filter there are two not-
ches which indicate the quantity of coffee needed for two or four cups.
