1.10 Start up

Start up the dishwasher and carry out any calibration of the detergent dispenser:
1) Turn the wall switch on and open the water valve.
2) Switch the dishwasher on, pressing the key
3) The machine starts to fi ll with water (important: do not open the door).
4) At the end of boiler fi lling, rinsing starts, to complete the tank fi lling. After fi lling, the dishwasher starts heating the boiler
and tank.
5) The machine is ready for washing.
N.B.: If the water valve is closed or the fi lling time is too long, the dishwasher may go on tank fi lling time-out
(programming parameter B) indicating fault code 3.

1.11 Rinse aid dispenser operation

To prime the rinse-aid pump, run some wash/rinse cycles.
Adjustment:

This quantity is adjustable from 0 to 0,24 cubic inches (from 0 to 4 cm³), equivalent to circa 0 to 11
inches (from 0 to 30 cm) length of the suction hose.
Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to reduce capacity.
Turn the adjustment screw anticlockwise, to achieve the maximum capacity (up to 20 turns).
THE DISPENSERS ARE PRE-SET TO A 2" (5 CM) INTAKE OF PRODUCT FOLLOWING A TEST PHASE SYSTEM
CHECK. THIS MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO THE TYPE OF RINSE AID USED AND WATER
HARDNESS.

2. DETERGENT DISPENSER INSTALLATION

2.1 Electrical connection

Follow the wiring diagram attached to the machine.

2.2 Pipe connection

a) Remove the cap from the hole and fi t the delivery connection.
b) Correctly mount the injector
c) Connect the suction tube to the suction attachment of the dispenser (see pict. 3 - point A).
d) Connect the delivery tube to the other attachment of the dispenser, and the delivery fi tting (see pict. 3
point B).
e) Insert the tube with fi lter in the detergent tank.
f) Prime the detergent and proceed with the dosage phase.
