CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA CONVENZIONALE
L'elevato standard qualitativo dei prodotti
Reggiani consente alla società di offrire una
garanzia convenzionale eccedente quella
legale e quella usuale per fornitori di apparati
illuminotecnici.
PRODOTTI
- La presente garanzia si applica a tutti i
prodotti "Reggiani", che utilizzano la SERIE
LED LUCE, come fonte
limitatamente alla stessa e alle tecnologie di
alimentazione.
DURATA DELLA GARANZIA
- La garanzia concessa dalla Reggiani s.p.a.
Illuminazione, per tutti i prodotti che
utilizzano la SERIE LED LUCE ha la durata di
mesi sessantasei, decorrenti dalla data di
fabbricazione del prodotto e l'estensione della
garanzia convenzionale deve essere validata
mediante la registrazione dell'installazione via
web sul sito www.reggiani.net.
registrazione dell'installazione deve avvenire
nel termine di sessanta giorni da quest'ultima.
CONDIZIONI DELLA GARANZIA
- La presente garanzia ha efficacia a
condizione che: 1) l'utente utilizzi il prodotto
Reggiani, secondo le specifiche del prodotto
stesso; 2) il prodotto sia stato installato
correttamente da personale tecnico qualificato
in possesso dei requisiti normativamente
previsti; 3) le apparecchiature non siano state
modificate dall'utente e sulle stesse non siano
state eseguite manutenzioni da parte di tecnici

CONTRACTUAL WARRANTY

standard of quality, the company can offer a
contractual warranty that exceeds legal

PRODUCTS
- This warranty applies to all Reggiani
products that use the LED LUCE SERIES as a
luminosa, lighting source, and it is limited to the
lighting source and control gear technologies.
WARRANTY TERM
- Reggiani s.p.a. Illuminazione's warranty for
all products that use the LED LUCE SERIES is
valid for sixty-six months, starting on the
product manufacture date; to activate the
contractual warranty, validation is required by
registering the installation online at
www.reggiani.net.
La Installation must be registered within sixty
days.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- This warranty will be effective provided that:
1) the consumer utilizes the Reggiani product
according to the product's specifications.
2) the product is properly installed by
qualified technical staff who meet the
regulatory requirements.
3) the consumer has not modified the
luminaires and no maintenance has been
performed by unqualified technicians.

VERTRAGLICHE GARANTIE
Der hohe Qualitätsstandard ihrer Produkte
erlaubt der Firma Reggiani, eine vertragliche
Garantie anzubieten, die über die gesetzliche
Gewährleistung sowie über die normalerweise
von Lieferanten von Leuchten angebotene
Garantie hinausgeht.
PRODUKTE - Diese Garantie gilt für alle
Produkte "Reggiani", die als Lichtquelle die
SERIE LED LUCE verwenden, und ist auf die
Lichtquelle sowie die Vorschaltgeräte
beschränkt.
GARANTIEZEIT - Die von Reggiani s.p.a.
Illuminazione eingeräumte Garantie für alle
Produkte, die die SERIE LED LUCE
verwenden, beträgt sechsundsechzig Monate
ab Herstellungsdatum des Produkts. Die
Aktivierung der erweiterten vertraglichen
Garantie muss über die Online-Registrierung
der Installation auf der Internetseite
www.reggiani.net erfolgen. Die Registrierung
muss innerhalb von sechzig Tagen nach der
Installation durchgeführt werden.
GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
- Diese Garantie gilt unter folgenden
Bedingungen: 1) Der Nutzer verwendet die
Produkte Reggiani
Spezifikationen. 2) Das Produkt ist von einem
Fachmann korrekt installiert worden, der die
geltenden gesetzlichen
besitzt. 3) Der Nutzer hat die Leuchten nicht
verändert und eventuelle Wartungen wurden
nur von qualifizierten Fachleuten ausgeführt.
