Chapter IV Commissioning

4.1 Oil-filling and inspection:
Install the lift, connect the hydraulic circuit, electrical circuit and pneumatic circuit, and then follow the following
procedures:
- Open the cover of the control cabinet and fill the hydraulic tank with 18L 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil (provided by the
user) with a funnel.
- Make sure the hydraulic oil is clean, and no impurity shall enter into the oil circuit, which may lead the oil circuit
blockage and the solenoid valve failure.
- Turn on the main switch of the power supply, press the "Up" button and inspect that the motor's rotation is
clockwise (viewed downward ).Otherwise, cut off the power supply and adjust the phase sequence of power supply.
- After the power supply is connected, there is a risk of high-voltage electric shock in the control cabinet. Only the
authorized professionals who are qualified and experienced in electric operation are allowed to conduct the operation
for fear of the electric shock.
Inspection: inspect if the operation of safety devices on two safety jaws of the main lift is flexible and reliable and if the oil circuit and
pneumatic circuit leak.

Adjustment procedure of oil filling and air bleeding for sub lift:
1) Turn the changeover switches of the main lift and sub lift on the control panel to the "Sub lift" position.
2) Close the "Oil filling shutoff valve of main lift" and "Oil filling shutoff valve of sub lift" (by 90° anticlockwise rotation).
3) Press the "Up" button to lift the right platform of the sub lift (viewed from the machine head) to about 300mm height.
4) Press the "Down" button to lower the right platform of the sub lift to the lowest position.
5) Then lift the right platform of the sub lift to about 400mm height.
6) Turn the selector switch (fixed on the circuit board side) in the control cabinet to "OFF" position.
7) Open the "Oil filling shutoff valve of sub lift" (by 90° clockwise rotation).
8) Press the "Up" button to lift the left platform of the sub lift (viewed from the machine head) to about 300mm height.
9) Press the "Down" button to lower the left platform of the sub lift to the lowest position.
10) Repeat the steps 8 and 9 for 5 to 6 times to bleed the air automatically.
11) Then lift the left platform of the sub lift to about 400mm height by inching movement (until the two platforms are at the same height)
12) Close the "Oil filling shutoff valve of sub lift" by rotating it 90° anticlockwise, and turn the oil filling switch to the "ON" position to
conduct the oil-filling and air-bleeding for the sub lift.
13) Check if the operation of safety devices on two safety jaws of sub lift is flexible and reliable and if the oil circuit and pneumatic circuit leak.
