Adjustment for the limit switch of sub lift:
1) Turn the changeover switch to the "Sub lift" position, press the Up button to lift the platform of the sub lift to 450mm height, and
adjust the action of the limit switch SQ2 (see Abb.18).
2) Lower the platform of the sub lift, and lift the platform of the sub lift to 450mm height for several times to verify if the limit switch of the
sub lift acts precisely and reliably.
Adjustment for the limit switch of main lift:
1) Turn the changeover switch to the "Main lift" position, press the Up button to lift the platform of the main lift to 1,800mm height, and
adjust the action of the limit switch SQ1 (see Abb.19). Note: For the highest position limit adjustment of the main lift, the safety jaw of the
main lift shall be stopped 5~10mm above the last tooth of the safety gear rack. Alternatively, the position limit can be adjusted to any
height according to the user's ceiling height.
2) Lower the platform of the main lift, and lift the platform of the main lift to the limit position for several times to verify if the limit switch
of the main lift acts precisely and reliably, align the left and right platforms and adjust the space between the two platforms.
3) Insert metallic sizing blocks under the platform to avoid the horizontal leveling of the lift on the uneven ground. (Abb. 20, 21).
Drive a Φ16 percussion bit to 120 mm depth in the ground from the holes on the base frame with an electric hammer (Fig. 22), clean the
holes, and fix foundation bolts into the holes with a light hammer (without inserting the central expansion screws of the foundation bolts,
which shall be fixed after the leveling is completed).
