Moonah Fan Installation Instructions
Pass the power supply wires (C) from the ceiling outlet box (B) through the center of the ceiling mounting
bracket (D). Install the ceiling mounting bracket (D) on the outlet box (B) with the mounting screws (F)
provided with the outlet box and washers (E) provided with fan. Fig. 6

Lift the fan assembly onto the mounting bracket. Ensure the key slot (A) of the hanger ball is positioned on
the key pin (B) of the mounting bracket (C) to prevent the fan from rotating when in operation. Fig.7

BLADE ATTACHMENT

1. Remove the top motor housing from the fan body by turning the top motor housing counter clockwise to
access the blade mounts and blade screws.
2. Remove the 2 blade screws and insert the blade into the slot of rotating member of fan motor assembly.
3. Align the 2 holes on the blade with the 2 holes on the rotating member of fan motor assembly and using
the 2 blade screws in step 2, to secure the blade to the fan motor assembly.
Ensure all screws are tightened evenly to reduce the chance of warping or unbalancing. Take care not
to over tighten the screws, as this can damage the blades.
4. Repeat this process for the remaining blades.
5. Install the top motor housing back onto the fan body and lock into place by turning it clockwise.
