3. Installation on Emerson Fans Having a
Modular Switch Housing with Center Screw

Connect the Switch Housing White Wire to the
Light Fixture Assembly White Wire using one of the
previously removed Wire Connectors (Figure 7).
Connect the Switch Housing Blue Wire to the Light
Fixture Assembly Black Wire using one of the
previously removed Wire Connectors (Figure 7).
WARNING
!
To avoid possible fire or electrical shock, make
certain no bare wire strands are exposed outside wire
connectors.

Reconnect the Motor Connector to the Switch Housing
Connector (Figure 8).
Carefully tuck all Wires and Connectors into the Switch
Housing (Figure 8).
Position the Switch Housing/Light Fixture Assembly
onto the Cover Plate.
Reinstall the Three Screws (previously removed in
Step 3.2) and tighten securely (Figure 8).
WARNING
!
To avoid possible fire or electric shock, be careful not
to pinch wires between switch housing and the cover
plate.
