1. INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
ALL LOCAL REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE ONES ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL OR
EUROPEAN NORMS MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED WHEN PROCEEDING TO INSTALL THE
FIREPLACE.
1.1. Fireplace room. The fireplace has grating fire, ashpan and 2 glass doors installed. All of
them can be detachable to facilitate its freight and transport.
1.2. Smokestack. A smoke connector is needed in order to exhaust the smoke from the
chimney to the smoke outlet. This outlet must have the same diameter as the fireplace throat.
The minimum length of the pipe must not be shorter than 4000 mm from the connection collar to
the exterior of the house. In both cases, the installation procedures must be done under the
regulations. It is not possible to use this pipe for any other purpose.
1.3. Wall. This fireplace must be assembled on walls, which provide an adequate bearing
capacity. If the resistance is not enough, a panel of balance would be required to distribute the
whole weight of the fireplace.
1.4. Insulation and security distance (1) It is suitable to insulate the back part of the chimney
(glasswool, class A-1, IN 13501-1) When there establishes itself attached to a wall anyone.
Walls, ceiling or floor into which the fireplace will be placed must not contain any flammable or
fragile material (textile, electronic, wood, glass, paper wall etc.). In this case the isolation of the
back part of the fireplace is obligatory and in addition we must not bring over to less of 250 mm
the back wall and the roof and 800 mm of the lateral walls if they were. In this case the isolation
of the floor is obligatory and in addition we must not bring over to less 200 mm up to lower part
of fireplace. From the front part of the load door, these flammable elements (furniture, hi-fi, DVD
player, TV or carpets) must respect a distance of 1000 mm. If walls, ceiling or floor contain
flammable elements, it is preferable insulated with the right material (class A-1, EN 13501-1).
