Personalizing Your System
Language
Your multi-handset cordless phone system phone has two languages: English and
Spanish.
To select Spanish (or English),
1.
Press Menu.
2.
Select "Handset Settings" press OK.
3.
Select "Language" and press OK.
4.
Select English or Español. A checkmark will appear by the language you have
selected. Press OK.
5.
If you accidentally change to Spanish, you can revert back to English by
pressing Menu and then selecting "Config. Telefono," "Idioma," and "English."
6.
Press End or Menu when finished.
Assign Handset Name
You may personalize the handset(s) and the base unit with names of your choosing.
This feature allows you to associate a name with a particular handset and operates
like Caller ID for internal (intercom) calls.
1.
Press the Menu key.
2.
Select "System Settings" and press OK.
3.
Select "Assign Name."
4.
Select the handset (or base unit) you want to name. The screen will display a
generic name for the handset such as "Handset 1."
5.
Enter a new name by using the handset keypad and press OK. (See below for
instructions on entering capital letters, punctuation, and spaces.)
6.
Press
OK
again to save the new name and press End when finished.
Note: Names cannot contain more than 16 characters.
