Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble with your multi-handset cordless phone
system, please try the suggestions below. If you still have trouble,
contact Customer Service.

•
If within the first 30 days after the receipt of the phone, call
Qwest telephone products customer service at 1-800-770-2513.
•
If after the first 30 days after the receipt of the phone, call the
manufacturer's customer service at 1-888-777-0211.
Symptom
The phone does not work at all
No power on base
No power on handset
Possible Cause
•
Make sure the power cord is plugged into the
base and the electrical outlet not controlled by a
wall switch.
•
Make sure handset batteries are installed properly
and fully charged.
•
Check connections at wall and base.
•
Plug base into a different electrical outlet.
•
Check outlet for power by plugging other electrical
devices into it.
•
Check battery orientation in handset.
•
Make sure handset batteries are fully charged.
•
Batteries may need to be replaced; use only AA
Ni-MH batteries.
•
Put the handset in the charger or base cradle. It
should turn on.
