REMOVAL/ASSEMBLY INFORMATION
Read the X35 system Use Warnings section
of this manual to know the correct installa-
tion instructions for the rear wheel, cables,
PASS sensor and rear rotor.
Always follow the recommended torque
settings for all the components on your
bicycle.
The removal and installation of the X35
system components may require to remove
and install several mayor components of
the bicycle, such as the fork, the chainset
and bottom bracket, and may therefore
be beyond the mechanical knowledge of
most users. Always take your bicycle to an
authorized Orbea dealer for the installation
and replacement of these components.
The incorrect installation of the bicycle
components may be cause of accidents and
serious injuries, as well as cause damage to
the components that may not be covered
by the warranty.
Always take the necessary precautions
when working with electric components to
avoid electric shocks and damage to the
components. Connect all components in
the correct way to avoid short circuits and
exposure to elements. Cover any crimped
cable connections (if there were any) with
heat shrink tubing or electrical tape to avoid
short circuits.

REPLACING THE IWOC TRIO AND THE LIGHTS CABLE
To replace the Iwoc Trio it is necessary to remove the
fork from the bicycle to access all components and con-
nections through the bicycle headtube (it is not necessary
to disconnect the brake lines).
If you do not have the necessary mechanical skills, always
take your bicycle to an authorized Orbea dealer for the
installations and replacement of the pedelec system com-
ponents.
The installation and replacement of the lights cable
requires the removal of the internal battery and must be
performed by an Authorized Orbea dealer. Read the Lights
section of this manual to know about the lights cable
routing on Vibe.
REPLACING THE X35 INTERNAL BATTERY
Replacing the X35 internal battery is a process that

REPLACING THE PASS SENSOR
The PASS sensor can be replaced without removing
any other component from the bicycle (besides the

sensor cable connector to the battery cable. Disconnect
the PASS sensor cable.
Loosen the PASS sensor grubscrew on the right dropout,
