In order to monitor if the pick-ups work correctly, follow
these instructions:
4. mount a test wheel on the machine (14-15" of iron)
and balance it perfectly;
5. apply a single test weight outside (for example 60g)
and make a test launch.
At the end of the control measurement

the internal pick-up voltage value must be below the
external pick-up voltage value.

the ration between the external pick-up value and
the internal pick-up value must be between 1.2
R
and 1.8, the phase difference must be 180° ± 1°.
As you can see from the picture below, to calculate the
phase angle, you must divide the external pick-up value
by the internal one. In this way, you can get the ratio
(603 / 384 = 1,57).

NOTES FOR THE ASSISTANCE:
If we check the ratio between the pick ups and
the difference of phase and we find values out of
tolerances, we must substitute the board (chapter 9.2)
or substitute the sensors of the pick-ups (chapter 9.5).

It indicates the function to directly check the encoder:
the number of spaces goes from 0 to 199.
