6. Install hitch - Raise hitch into position aligning holes in hitch with studs on
end panel. Loosely reinstall the existing (8) hex flange nuts onto bumper
studs, (4) per side. See Figure 1.
8. Reinstall the fascia, wiring, and all trim using the original hardware
removed in steps 1, 2, and 3. Be sure to reconnect all wiring harnesses.

7. Tighten all CL10 hex flange nuts with torque wrench to
42 Lb.-Ft. (57 N*M)
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when
towing.
9. Trim hitch access panel – using a tape measure, marker using a utility
knife, cut a notch in hitch access panel approximately 3-1/2" wide x 4-1/2"
deep. See figure 3. * Or return hitch access panel and (2) push pin rivets
to vehicle owner.
