AIR VALVE SHAFT (11): To disassemble air valve shaft (11), unscrew air

valve seat set (5). IMPORTANT! Before to reassemble it, fasten the air valve
shaft (11) to the air valve seat set (5) REASSEMBLY: Reassemble air valve
(6), air valve spring (7) and fluid adj. guide set (8) together. Next insert fluid
needle set (2-1) into fluid adj. guide set (8) fit it into gun body set and tighten
fluid adj. guide set (8) by using the enclosed spanner.
IMPORTANT! If you try to fit air valve spring (7) and air valve (6) into gun body, without fluid
needle set (2-1) assembled, air valve will not be fitted correctly and the packing of fluid adj. guide
set (8) will be damaged.
PATTERN ADJ. SET (4) and AIR ADJ. SET (12) .

IMPORTANT: Before disassembling or assembling of pattern adj. set (4) and/or air adj. set
(12) make sure that these operations will be carried out with the adjustments fully opened,
otherwise it could cause damage of seats section. Disassemble pattern adj. set (4) and/or air
adj. set (12) by using the enclosed spanner.

8.1 INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT STANDARD
WHERE TO INSPECT
Each hole passage of air cap set (1) and
fluid nozzle set (2).
Packings and O'rings.
Leakage from seat section between flu-
id nozzle (2) and fluid needle set (2-1).
CAUSE
Fluid adj. knob (10) closed.
Tip hole of nozzle obstructed.
In the case of suction model: Non drip
obstracted.
Air escapes from fluid nozzle (2).
Air escapes from fluid needle packing (3). Tighten.
In the case of suction model:
Air escapes from cup joint.
Dirty inside air cap set (1).
Dirty nozzle (2) or air cap set (1).
Nozzle (2) or air cap (1) have been
damaged.
Fluid nozzle (2) is loose.
Paint viscosity too high or too low.
Fluid output too high or too low.
Fluid nozzle (2), needle set (2-1) or gun
body, dirty, damaged or worn on seat.
Dirt inside air cap set (1).
Loose fluid adj. knob (10).
Fluid needle spring set (9) is worn.
Loose fluid nozzle set (2).
Needle packing set (3) dirty or worn.
Air valve (6), air valve seat (5) or air
valve spring (7) are dirty or damaged.
REPLACEMENT PART
Replace air cap or fluid nozzle if they are crushed or de-
formed.
Replace if deformed or worn out.
Replace them if leakage does not stop after fully cleaning
fluid nozzle (2) and fluid needle set (2-1). If you replace
fluid nozzle (2) or fluid needle set (2-1) only, fully match
them and confirm that there is no leakage.
