Carrefully remove the flange that is now released from its screws.

Remove the axis (cylinder-plate) (on the left on the picture) by taping on the provided axis change tool with a plastic
mallet.

Remove with your hand the upper plate and the cylinder, then remove the axis (flanches) (on the right on the picture)
by undoing the last screw that holds it.

Replace successively:

The provided axis (flanges).

The assembled cylinder (Caution : for an easy rotation of the cylinder a slight adjustment of the bushing length
with sandpaper may be necessary).

The upper plate that was previoulsy removed.

The provided axis (cylinder-plate), using the axis change tool.

The flange that was previously removed.

Replace the previously removed screw fittings by the one provided for use in the event of damage. Do not forget to
coat them with XC047 glue and to tighten them up to a 6 Nm torque.
The screws should be tightened with a torque wrench fitted with a T30 Torx tip.
If the flange cannot be removed easily, tap with a
plastic mallet alternately on both ends.
Do not use a tool because this might damage the
plate or the cylinder. Pull with your hand as close as
possible to the axis while making small circular
motions.
