Remove the 8 screws M3x8* using an Allen wrench of size 2, then unstick the three shells (it may be necessary to use
a solvent such as acetone).

Clean glue residues on the surfaces of the flanges and the upper plate.

Use a dry solvent to degrease the bonding surfaces (aluminium surfaces and covers), then coat one of the two
surfaces with cyanoacryale glue XC053 (a thread along the border of the surface is generally sufficient).

Glue the positioned covers and apply an even pressure during at least 3 minutes
Once the two surfaces are in contact, do not carry out micro-motions and do not re-position the parts.

Use XC047 glue to position the 8 washers and the 8 screws provided. Tighten up to a 0.25Nm torque.
- The screws should be tightened with a torque wrench fitted with an hexagonal tip of size 2.
- After gluing, the knee should dry for at least 24 hours before use.
XIII. RECYCLING
This product includes main parts in aluminium, axis and screws in stainless steel, connectors in titanium and bushes in
plastics. It also contains oil. These items must be recycled according to the laws in force.
