14. INSTALLING THE FRONT SHELF BRACKETS

Parts Required:
1 x Front Shelf Bracket /L (#16-1)
1 x Front Shelf Bracket /R (#16-2)
Screw (#A)

Installation:
• Attach one front shelf bracket to the front of the grill barrel by using three
screws. Install each screw half-way, then tighten completely when all three
screws are mounted and aligned properly.
• Repeat the same installation for the other front shelf bracket.

15. MOUNTING THE FRONT SHELF

Parts Required:
1 x Front Shelf (#21)
2 x Screw (#H)
2 x Washer (#B)
2 x Bushing (#D)
Nut (#I)

Installation:
• From underneath, insert the screw (from the outside) into the front shelf
bracket and the front shelf, then add the bushing onto the screw, the
washer, then the nut.
• Repeat the installation for the other side of the front shelf.
NOTE: When installed correctly, the front shelf can be raised (for use) and
lowered (for storage) with ease.
IMPORTANT: Avoid using the shelves to move or lift the grill. The
weight of the unit will cause the shelves to break, which is not
covered by warranty.

16. ASSEMBLING SIDE BURNER SHELF

Parts Required:
Side Burner Shelf (#14)
1 x
1 x Side Burner Panel (#15)
3 x Screw (#A)
Installation:
• Unscrew the two pre-installed screws from the brace plate of the side
burner to remove it from the shelf, and set aside for re-installation in
later step. See 16A, 16B.
• Mount the side burner shelf onto the side burner panel with three
screws. See 16C.
