Procedure
Ensure that the switch cabinet has a protective cover to protect against chips.
Provide switch cabinet with cut-out. For prescribed dimensions, see Figure 7.
Deburr the cutting edge.
Remove chips and assembly waste from the switch cabinet.
An evenness of <2mm is permissible in the sealing area with a sheet thickness of 1.5mm.
Cut-outs and holes are fitted.

Mounting M6 jack rings
WARNING
Danger due to uncontrolled movements and high dead weight of the units
Improper securing of the unit may lead to serious accidents.
Assembly must only be carried out by specially trained personnel.
Do not step under or be under the lifted units.
Use suitable lifting equipment and secure units against overturning.
Use belts with sufficient nominal strength for lifting the units.
Immediately secure mounted components.
WARNING
Danger of accident due to improper crane transport
Moving switch cabinets with integrated cooling units can lead to accidents.
Lifting by M6 jack rings is only permitted for the cooling unit.
Ensure that jack rings and unit threads are not damaged or deformed.
Only use jack rings with a sufficient thread length and check that they are securely fitted.
The cooling units have screw-in threads for M6 jack rings. Cooling units with bolted M6 jack rings may be used
for crane transport.
