 Only qualified personnel may open, troubleshoot and replace components on the unit.
 Always ensure that the power supply is disconnected prior to working on the unit.
WARNING

Damage to components and improper replacement of parts may cause accidents.
 Always switch off the disconnector/contactor prior to starting maintenance work.

NOTE
Danger of damage to the unit due to irregular maintenance
Non-compliance with the recommended maintenance work reduces the cooling capacity of the air/water heat
exchanger and may lead to reduced machine availability.
 Regularly carry out maintenance work in accordance with the maintenance checklist.
 Only units serviced in accordance with specifications are covered by the warranty.
The following provisions have been made in the factory:
• All air/water heat exchangers are factory tested for leaks in accordance with: DGUV-R 100-500, 2.35 (operation
of refrigeration systems, heat pumps and cooling equipment).
• A functional test run was conducted.
Pfannenberg recommendation to operators for maintenance work:
• Perform the maintenance work in accordance with the maintenance checklist every 12 months, see template
Maintenance checklist template.
• Shorter maintenance intervals are required for air/water heat exchangers that cool in ambient air containing oil
and dust. A shorter guide value of two to six months applies between the maintenance intervals.
