Programming
The vend amount for the test cycle can also be set for a
"free" start. After enabling test cycle, with control in
Run Mode:
1. Flip PROGRAM switch to up position (Program
Mode). Display will show temperature.
2. Press Down (arrow) key. The display will show
"FrEE".
3. Return PROGRAM switch to down position
(Run Mode). Display will flash "CHEC"
(test cycle) then "FrEE".
4. Press Start (#) key to begin test cycle.

Test Cycle

To select test cycle:
1. Flip PROGRAM switch into up position. This
places control in Program Mode. Display will
show temperature.
2. On VC2 models only, press Down (arrow) key.
Display will show "FrEE".

3. Press Down (arrow) key again. Display will show
"tESt".
4. Return PROGRAM switch to down position
(Run Mode). Display will flash "tESt" (or
"CHEC" if free start is selected), then vend
amount.
The vend amount required to start the test cycle is
the amount programmed in the SETUP routine when
"1 Pr" is set. Once satisfied, the display shows "SPC?"
and "bAL?". These are special cycles for factory use
only. Press the the Start (#) key or wait five seconds for
test cycle to proceed.
The ability to advance to the next test cycle step is
possible by pressing the # key.
After the water has drained, the display will read
"SPIn", rather than "HI2", and the basket will rotate at
high extract spin speed for 60 seconds, rather than
45 seconds.
