Ingredients
- 20g shallots
- 15g garlic
- 7g galangal
- 9g lemongrass
- 2 cloves
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 3 dried chillies
- 5 peppercorns
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 1 tbsp salt
1 Cut the galangal into slices of approx. 1cm.
2 put all ingredients in the mill beaker.
3 grind the ingredients for 30 seconds.

Chilli paste
Ingredients
- 20g fresh red chillies
- 30g shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
1 Cut the chillies and shallots into large pieces that fit into the chopper bowl.
2 put the chillies, shallots and garlic in the chopper bowl.
3 Chop the ingredients for 30 seconds.

This appliance is equipped with a safety system. The appliance does not
work if the blender jar with lid, the chopper bowl with lid (specific types
only) or the mill beaker (specific types only) are not assembled correctly
on the motor unit or are not assembled at all. Check if you have
assembled the blender jar with lid, the chopper bowl with lid or the mill
beaker correctly (see the various sections in this user manual). Set the
control knob to 0 first.
