03. INSTRUCTIONS FOR VACUUM SEALING.
1. Connect the packing machine.
2. It is recommended to wait for 15 seconds for
the machine to heat up before beginning the first
packing.
3. Place the product you wish to preserve in a
suitably sized vacuum packing bag, leaving at
least 6cm between the edge of the bag and the
food.
4. Lift the upper lid from the handle (1) of the
machine.
Place the properly extended bag on the non-stick
sealing bar (8), ensuring that it is centred by
using the setters (10), within the margins of the
vacuum chamber (9).
5. Lower the upper lid and anchor it by pressing
on the ends. Two pilot lights will turn on in the
vacuum chamber and the display will light up
with the word "READY". The bag will be locked
within the vacuum chamber. In case of wishing
to open the upper lid once it has been closed,
gently pull upwards on the front closure of the
lid.
6. There are two ways to carry out vacuum pac-
king: automatic and manual.
- Automatic packing ("AUTO VAC/SEAL").
Offers two options:
A) "DRY" mode for fully moisture-free packing
B) "MOIST" mode for packing foods which
contain moisture or frozen products
- Manual packing ("MANUAL VAC/SEAL"): is
an especially useful function when packing fra-
gile foods which should not be crushed (buns,
pastries, fish, etc.). The function is carried out
while keeping the "PULSE" button pressed.
To start the packing process, press the desired
option in automatic or manual mode. If the lid is
not properly closed, the screen will light up with
the message "CLOSE LID". If this occurs, close it
properly.

The display will show the progress of the auto-
matic vacuum ("VACUUM") and sealing ("SEAL")
process.
In automatic mode, the sealing function will be
activated when the sensor detects the appropria-
te vacuum level.
In normal mode, the sealing function must be ac-
tivated by the user, pressing the "SEAL ONLY"
button.
Upon completing the process, the packing ma-
chine will emit a beep and the lid will be auto-
matically unlocked, the display lighting up with
the word "COMPLETE". Open the lid with the
handle.
To interrupt the process at any time, press the
"CANCEL" button.

LED DISPLAY

The LED display shows the progress of the va-
rious functions:
Vacuum ("VACUUM")
Seal ("SEAL")
Marinate ("MARINATE)
Other indications of the LED display:
"CLOSE LID" indicates that the lid is not closed,
"READY" indicates that the packing machine is
ready to operate,
"COMPLETE" indicates that the selected opera-
tion has been completed.
