WarninG: Carefully read and understand the information
given in this manual before beginning the assembly and
installation. Failure to do so could lead to electric shock, fire,
or other injuries which could be hazardous or even fatal.
WarninG: Ensure the electricity to the wires you are
working on is shut off. Either remove the fuse or turn off the
circuit breaker
.
CaUTiOn: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury
to persons:
□ Use only insulated staples or plastic ties to secure cords.
□ Route and secure cords so that they will not be pinched or
damaged when the cabinet is pushed to the wall.

be inaccessible for examination. Cords should be visually
examined periodically and immediately replaced when any
damage is noted.
WarninG:

TO WIDE SLOT AND FULLY INSERT.
□ This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of
electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way.
□ If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
□ If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
□ Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully
inserted.
□ Do not alter the plug.
