Maintenance position
Accessibility to the nozzle, the diffuser disc and the electrodes is
made easy in 2 ways, see Fig. 21 and Fig. 23:
Pull the wires 2) (Fig. 21) from the control box and the pho-
toresistance 8) and undo the nut 9) from the pump.
Loosen the screws 10) and extract the nozzle holder 1) by
turning it towards the right.
Remove the wires 2) from the electrodes, loosen the screw
4) (Fig. 17) and extract the diffuser disc support assembly
from 3) the nozzle holder assembly 1).
Screw up the nozzle 6) holding the nozzle holder with the
aid of a wrench.
Refit following the above procedure in the reverse order.
In the event of maintenance made to the diffuser
disc-holder assembly, screw the nut 9), as shown
in Fig. 22.

Unscrew and remove the screw fastening it to the flange to
take the burner off the boiler.
Hook the burner onto flange 7) (Fig. 23), loosen screws 5)
and pull off the blast tube assembly 4).
Loosen screw 4) (Fig. 17) to remove the diffuser disc sup-
port assembly 3) from nozzle-holder assembly 1).
Unscrew fastening screw 4) (Fig. 17) all the way so that you
can pull optical fibre 8) out from the diffuser disc support
assembly.
Pull the wires 2) out from the electrodes.
Replace nozzle 6) and screw the new one on properly, hol-
ding it as illustrated in Fig. 23.
Refit following the above procedure in the reverse order.
