Disposal of cleaning fluid

After cleaning in the SYMPRO denture cleaning unit, first, with the aid of
en
a magnet, hold the cleaning pins on the bottom of the cleaning cup (Fig� 5)
and then carefully pour the cleaning liquid into a storage tank (Fig� 6)� We
recommend empty help ex containers 1000 ml made of polypropylene (PP),
for example��
Hold the cleaning pins back by holding the magnet against the clean-
ing beaker.
Dispose of according to national disposal regulations�
More information can be found in the cleaning liquid's operating manual and safety data sheet�
Since these are corrosive cleaning fluids, please wear personal protective equipment!
Remove residues of cleaning liquids on working surfaces immediately with a damp cloth and rub
dry with a dry cloth.

Cleaning / Maintenance

This device does not contain any parts that require maintenance.
Opening the device other than described in the instructions is not permitted!
The operator and user are responsible for the correct cleaning and disinfection of all system com-
ponents (Cleaning device, cleaning bowl incl. lid and seals, sound-proof ring, adaptor ring, clean-
ing pins, Nicoclean cleaning bowls, tweezers) after each cleaning process and for compliance
with the national hygiene regulations.
6.1
Rinse cleaning bowls, lids incl. seals and cleaning pins
Fill the SYMPRO cleaning beaker up to the marked "MAX" fill level with clean
water� Close the lid and clean the inside of the beaker by shaking repeatedly
and intensely. When using the SYMPRO mini-cup, fill the cup to the brim under
running water�
Use the magnet to fix the cleaing pins to the base of the SYMPRO beaker and
pour out the water� This operation must be repeated at least 3 times with fresh
water�
Then rinse the lid under running water� Check visually whether the deposits have
been removed�
6.2
Disinfection
For the manual or machine preparation of the system components see chapter „4�4 Hygienic Preparation"

The device is designed for use in non-sterile areas�
The following system components are thermostable up to 121°C:
• Cleaning cup (white) incl� lid,
• Seal and sound-proof ring,
• Cleaning pins�
