SETTINGS

9.1.

Setting pressure

Qualified and authorized personnel should only carry out any modification to the
settings.
Improper actions may cause complete system malfunction.
9.1.1. Setting pressure for mechanical vacuum switches
For the lower limit: setting example: –450 mbar

Tighten the red screw:
To modify the setting between –450 mbar and –400 mbar.
For the upper limit: setting example: –850 mbar

Tighten the green screw:
To modify the setting between –800 mbar and –850 mbar.

* When the back-up mechanical vacuum switch is activated, pumps start all the 15 seconds.
** For the PROCOM-2, more than 3 motors, there are two back-up mechanical vacuum switches.

The priority of the pumps is reversed when the accumulated running time of the priority pump has reached
the "switching time" of the pumps.

ALARMS

10.1. For the CYCLIC 2020

When the LED on the key is lit, an alarm has occurred
fault on concerned vacuum pump, may be in connection with:
Circuit breaking (disjunction),
Constant
Oil level (optional).
DN80 isolating valve not opened.
Flashing upper limit fault on concerned vacuum pump
Flashing slowly Regulation pressure fault
Constant Network pressure fault
Acknowledgement: press and simultaneously to acknowledge the alarm once read

Note: same as CYCLIC 2020, if the DN80 isolating valve does not open, then this fault is indicated as a circuit
breaker.
