CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

11.1. Filtration
IMPORTANT:
For this operation, use all necessary protective measures (gloves, mask, overalls etc.)
then destroy contaminated consumables (antibacterial cartridges, condensates etc.) in
according with that country's applicable laws (regulation incinerator).
During and after maintenance, respect basic hygiene rules.
Before ordering tools used for maintenance, clean them with a disinfectant.
11.1.1.
Bleed the PYREX vessel
 Close upstream and downstream valves,
 Bring to atmospheric pressure by pressing the red button on the filter nose,
 Unscrew the vessel, empty it and screw it back into position.
 Put the upstream and downstream valves back into working position.
11.1.2.
Changing the anti-bacteria filter
Systematically replace the anti-bacteria cartridge every 12 MONTHS or more frequently if pressure on the
network drops too low.
 Isolate the filter by closing its upstream and downstream valves,
 Bring to atmospheric pressure by pressing the red button on the filter nose,
 Unscrew the chamber, remove the filter element.
 Fit the new filter element and clean the chamber.
 Then, once reassembled, position the upstream and downstream valves back to their working positions.
