7. ASSEMBLY:
Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage indicated on the nameplate. To
avoid accidental start, check that the lock button is not activated when plugging in the tool and
that your nger is not touching the trigger of the on / o switch
7.1 Install Backing Pad / Foam Pad
1. The accessory must be:
- Speci ed minimum at 3377 RPM
- Not more than 7 '(178 mm) in diameter
- Equipped with a 5 / 8x 11 TPI threaded opening
- No damage
- A backrest pad
2 Press and hold the axle lock button to prevent the axle from rotating
3. Screw the backing pad onto the shaft until it is rmly locked in place
7.2 Install the auxiliary handles
WARNING Do not operate this tool with one hand or without properly installed auxiliary handles
This polisher / sander includes one type of auxiliary handle installed for use with either the right
or left hand.
Option 1: To use only with the handle on
Place the D-handle on the sides of the front cover, hex head screws
NOTICE: Slide the hex wrench through the bolt on the long side of the handle.
