11.1 Vibration hazard
This tool vibrates during use. Repeated or prolonged exposure to vibration can
cause temporary or permanent physical injury, particularly to the hands, arms,
and shoulders. To reduce the risk of vibration-related injuries, consider the
following recommendations:
1. Anyone who uses vibrating tools regularly or for an extended period should
rst be examined by a doctor and then undergo regular medical check-ups to
ensure that medical problems are not being generated or made worse by work.
Pregnant women, or people who have circulation problems or hand injuries, nervous system
disorders, diabetes, or Raynauds disease should not use this tool. If you experience any medical
or physical symptoms related to vibration (such as tingling, numbness, and white or blue
ngers), see a doctor as soon as possible.
2. Do not smoke during use. Nicotine reduces the blood supply to the hands and ngers, increa-
sing the risk of vibration-related injuries
3. Wear suitable gloves to reduce the e ects of vibration on the user.
4. Use tools with low vibration level when you have the opportunity to choose between di erent
processes.
5. Include periods of pause during work.
6. Hold the tool as gently as possible (while maintaining safe control of the tool). Let the tool do
the work.
7. To reduce vibration, keep the tool as explained in this manual. If any abnormal vibration occurs,
stop using it immediately.
