• Care should be taken when using the appliance due
to the emission of steam.
• Never direct the steam at people, animals or electrical
appliances of any kind.
• Contact with steam under pressure can result in severe
burns.
• Use the protective glove when steaming.
• Unplug the garment steamer when it is not in use.
• Unplug the garment steamer during filling and cleaning.
• Position the electric cable so that it cannot be pulled or
caught to avoid a tripping hazard.
• To avoid risk of electric shock, do not pull the electric
cable from the wall socket – take a firm hold of the plug
and remove it.
• The appliance must be rested on a stable surface.
• Use the special filling bottle provided in order to fill the
appliance and avoid overfilling.
• Tap water can be used for filling the appliance.
Demineralized water can extend the life of the appliance.
• Use only demineralized or distilled water (for Denmark).
• Never fill solvents, solvent containing liquids or undiluted
acids into the boiler.
• Never immerse the product in any liquid. If there is liquid
on the device unplug it immediately.
• Only plug the appliance when there is water in the boiler.
