3.3
Error codes.
3.3.1
Yellow led B lit, inverter overtemperature.
The NTC sensor is connected to J13 on power board (13),
added in contact with the heat sink of the inverter igbt
Q17 ÷ Q20 (fan opposite side).
With this alarm we recommend that you not shut off the
power source, to keep the fan running and thus cool the
unit more rapidly.
Normal operation is restored automatically as soon as the
temperature returns within the allowed limits.
− Make sure the fan (9) is working properly;
− check for proper air flow and make sure there is no
dust or obstacles to cooling in the ventilation tunnel;
− make sure the operating conditions meet the specifica-
tion values; especially observe the "duty cycle";
− check the wiring between NTC sensor and J13 on
power board (13);
− make sure the NTC sensor is mounted and working
properly; at ambient temperature its resistance value
must be 1,4 Kohm approximately, measured on J13
with NTC sensor connected;
− replace power board (13).
3.3.2
Yellow led B flashing (1 flash + 1,5 s pause),
inverter igbt driver voltage low.
3.3.3
Yellow led B flashing (2 flashes + 1,5 s pause),
inverter igbt driver voltage high.
This voltage is measured on J4 of power board (13),
terminals 3(-) and 4(+) (see Fig. 2.3.2).
Correct value = +14.5 Vdc;
"low" alarm value = <12 Vdc approximately;
"high" alarm value = >16 Vdc approximately.
With these alarms, the power source delivers no current.
The reset takes place automatically when the voltage
returns within the allowed limits.
Check operation of the flyback circuit and perform, if
necessary, the test of par. 3.2.1.
Replace power board (13).

3.3.4
Yellow led B flashing (6 flashes + 1,5 s pause),
dangerous output voltage.
If the power source output voltage, during no output load
operation, exceeds the maximum allowed value (approxi-
mately 108 Vdc), the power source stops with the message
of led B flashing.
To restore proper operation, shut off and restart the power
source.
Check the voltage divider made up by resistors R117, C70,
R118, R115, R56, C39 (see Connector map, par. 5.2).
Check the power supply voltages, performing, if neces-
sary, the test of par. 3.2.1.
Replace power board (13).
