Copying, editing and using a cyclical recipe:
A. Press the "recipes" key.
B. Press the cyclical recipe.
C. Enter the recipe password (2633).
D. Press the "copy recipe" key.
E. Press the intended recipe.
F. Press the "use recipe" key.
It should be noted that the recipe framed in red is the recipe activated for the cycle.
G. Press the "edit recipe" key.
H. Set your feed time of day.
I. Set the time for the first agitation of the mix.
J. Set the pause time between mix agitations.
K. Set the time for the second agitation of the mix.
L. Press the "fermentation" tab.
M. Set the fermentation temperature.
N. Set the fermentation time.
O. Set agitation time during fermentation.
P. Set the time between each agitation during fermentation.
Q. Press the "storage" tab.
R. Set storage temperature 1.
S. Set storage temperature 2. (storage 2 is triggered automatically 24 hours after feeding). Storage
temperature 1 enables the starter to be kept for feeding daily whereas storage temperature 2 enables
the starter to be kept up to 72 hours without feeding. It is inadvisable to set a storage temperature
below 8 °C (46 °F) in order to preclude any risk of freezing on the tank wall.
T. Set the agitation barring time before feeding time.
U. Press the next button.
V. Set agitation time during falling in storage.
W. Set the time between each agitation during falling in storage.
X. Set agitation time during storage.
Y. Set the time between each agitation during storage.
Z. Press the "speed" tab.
AA. Set agitation speed low level during mixing.
BB. Set agitation speed high level during mixing.
CC. Set stirring speed during heating.
DD. Set stirring speed during cooling.
EE. Set agitation speed low level during fermentation and storage.
FF. Set agitation speed high level during fermentation and storage.
GG. Return to home screen, your recipe is ready.

7.3 Start feed.

a. Set low level (fig.13) (without weighing option):
A. Pour the initial starter into the tank.
B. Enter the desired low level (in litres).
C. Press the "Enter" key to confirm.
b. Using calculator (fig.14) (not available if weighing option fitted):
- When you add product:
A. Press the "+" key.
B. Enter your quantity added.
C. Press the "Enter" key to confirm.
