Furthermore, so-called pipe hooks may be attached to the moving guide.
When using pipe hooks, karabiners must not be put around the anchoring device and then
hooked onto the moving guide. Furthermore, it must be made certain that the karabiner does not
tilt at the anchoring device which would result in a transverse load.

9.1 Short instructions on the use of connectors
9.1.1 With knurled nut (manual locking)
Operation:
Hold the connector in one hand and turn the knurled nut in an anticlockwise direction with the
other. Then push the catch towards the inside of the hook. Now the connector is open. To close
it, first let the catch slide into the lock and let it engage. Then turn the knurled nut in a clockwise
direction (towards the top) until the connector is correctly closed. In order to ensure safe working,
both locks must be closed.
