12. WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

B - Has been repaired with non-original parts or components;
C- Has not been used in accordance with the procedures described in th data
sheet accompanying the product as well as in the instruction manual;
D - Has suffered falls, bumps or holes in the tank;
E - Has been plugged into mains with a voltage different from that specified
in the equipment/instruction manual (110/220V).
F - Has been lubricated with an oil with different characteristics from that
recommended;
G - Has been repaired by persons or retailers not authorized by Guarany;
H - Contains non-original parts;
I - Has been used by unauthorized persons
J - Has suffered negligence in the corrective and/or preventive maintenance.
K- Has undergone changes that affected its functioning, stability or safety;
L- Has had its serial number or invoice tampered with.
8 - This warranty is limited only to repairing a defect, or the replacement of
defective parts as well as the payment of any labour costs, if necessary. I.E.
GUARANY DOES NOT PROVIDE REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT. No other
expressed or implied warranty is given to the buyer.
9 - Guarany is not responsible for any damage, loss, inconvenience, harm whether
direct or indirect that may result from the use of the equipment, as well as the use
of corrosive chemical products or products not compatible with the components in
our equipment (any doubts in relation to these questions should be clarified with
our network of accredited retailers or through our customer service phone 0800-
704-4511).
10 - Complaints about the lack of parts and accessories will only be accepted upon
purchase of our equipment and in the presence of a representative from our
network of authorized retailers.
11 - Guarany will provide spare parts for our products over a period of five (5)
years from the date on which the factory stopped production.
12 - Guarany reserves the right to make any technical changes aimed at improving
the product without prior notice.

you need only to consult our network of authorized outlets through our site
www.guaranyind.com.br; these authorized outlets all have original parts and only
use skilled labour.

In order for the equipment to be covered by this Warranty Certificate, keep the
Invoice or Tax Voucher during the term of the warranty.

Guarany has the discretion to review, modify, improve, discontinue the manufacture
or make changes to the equipment, parts or components, at any time, as well as
changes to the conditions in this certificate without incurring any liability or obligation
to the client.

The liability of Guarany is restricted under the terms of this warranty, which is non-
transferable, which becomes automatically invalid if the equipment is resold.
HOW TO USE THE WARRANTY:
To qualify for the warranty, the customer must make a claim at one of the outlets
where there is technical assistance duly registered in the "national network" listing. If
the region does not have a repair facility, the claim must be made to the store or
distributor that sold the equipment.

The defects should be thoroughly described in the defect claim form, which can be

dealerships and sent to Guarany along with a copy of the Invoice
