Loosen the side screw (right side) (d) until the axle moves freely.
Adjust the incline of the axle until reaching the desired height.
Tighten the side screw and take note of the tightening torque.
9.3 Assembling and disassembling the wheels.
Disassembly: Pull the locking lever and change it from the «CLOSE»
(a) to the «OPEN» position (b). Loosen the adjustment screw by
hand and remove the wheel.
Assembly: Insert the wheel axle in the fork dropouts (front wheel)
or the frame dropouts (rear wheel) and keep the locking lever in the
open position. Set the adjustment screw lightly. Close the lever,
meaning, change it to the «CLOSE» position.

Warning: The locking lever requires effort. In other cases, it is
not well fastened and the clamping nut must be readjusted
accordingly.
9.4 Seat height.
you have established the desired height, re-fasten the seat clamp
lever (Cruise) or screw (M-Bike).
Warning: You should not see the mark for the minimum height
at any time (c). In order to guarantee that it is safe, you should
insert the seat post well into the seat tube.
