Safety for the Operator

The output conveyor belt has been designed for use together with the MT Tumbler 200, MT Tumbler 500 and/or MT
Tumbler 500 MED bud trimming machines.

The machine must be handled using safety gloves.

Whenever adjustments and/or maintenance tasks are carried out on the output conveyor belt, it is essential that
the MT Tumbler 200, MT Tumbler 500 and/or MT Tumbler 500 MED bud trimming machines are switched OFF and
disconnected from the electricity supply.
Who can use the MCO output conveyor belt
The output conveyor belt must only be used by staff who have read and understood the use and maintenance
manual. If it is used by untrained staff or is not used correctly, users will be exposed to unnecessary risks.
Repairing the MCO Output Conveyor Belt
Only a worker qualified by Master Products Inoxidable, S.L. may dismantle, repair and install new parts in the
machine. In the event that the product is in the warranty period, it must only be dismantled by Master Products
Inoxidable S.L. staff without voiding the warranty.
How to stop the MCO output conveyor belt
The MCO output conveyor belt is turned off whenever the on/off switch, located on the electrical panel, is pressed to
leave it in OFF mode.
Before carrying out any maintenance action on the conveyor belt, it must be disconnected from the electricity supply.
The machine must be switched off and disconnected from the electricity supply in case of abnormal operation.
