Assembling the machine

The output conveyor belt is delivered completely protected and

boxed. Open the box and check the contents. Place the parts on a
flat surface with room to manoeuvre.
Place the conveyor band assembly (A) on a flat surface, and with a certain height, to facilitate assembly as shown in the following image.

Place the two sets of telescopic legs (B) on the conveyor band

assembly (A), as shown in the following image. Mark the positions
where to insert the hammerhead nuts (M) for fixing the legs into
the slots of the aluminium profiles. Remove the telescopic legs and
insert the nuts following the instructions in the Start-Up section of
this manual.

Mount the two tilting feet (F) on each of the two sets of telescopic

legs (B), as shown in the following image.
Replace the telescopic legs (B) and secure them using a No. 6

hex key and the DIN 7380 M8x16 bolts (G) and the DIN 125 M8
washers (J).
