Assemble the two legs on the belt conveyor using a No. 6 hex key

as shown in the image. Start by first placing the leg that carries the
electrical box on the side of the motor.
Then, fit the leg without the electrical box. The distance shown

is approximately 790 mm.

Loosen the screws on the drive roller heads using a No. 6 hex key

without removing them completely.

The distance between the sheet metal edge of the leg to the

tensioner block must be 5 mm.
Using a No. 6 hex key, fix the two screws shown in the

following image, present on both sides of each leg.
Using a No. 10, fixed spanner, first loosen the locknut shown in the
11
following image. Then, with the same spanner, turn the tensioning
screw until the desired belt tension is achieved.
