Seilwinde 1201A mit abnehmba-
rer Kurbel: (Abrollautomatik)
• zum automatischen Abrollen des
Seiles (ohne Last) ist die Hand-
kurbel eine Umdrehung nach
links zu drehen (entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn - Seiltrommel darf
sich nicht mitdrehen).
• Sicherungsknopf hochziehen
(entriegeln), Handkurbel abneh-
men und auf den dafür vorgese-
henen Bügel stecken.

• Jetzt kann das Seil zügig und
einfach abgerollt werden.

6. Wartung und Reinigung
Drahtseile sind regelmäßig auf Ver-
schleiß zu prüfen.
Ablegekriterien nach DIN 15020

z.B. Quetschstellen, Brüche der
Einzeldrähte.

1. Die Winde wurde bereits werk-
seitig geschmiert. Es wird jedoch
empfohlen, die Lagerbuchsen
der Antriebswelle und die Trom-
melnabe regelmäßig einzuölen.
Der Zahnkranz ist regelmäßig
einzufetten. Das Gewinde der
Kurbelmutter muß stets leicht-
gängig sein.
2. Bei Schwergängigkeit das Ge-
winde ölen oder fetten! Dazu
Skt.-Schraube lösen und Kur-
belmutter abdrehen.
ACHTUNG: Nur im unbelaste-
ten Zustand abdrehenl
3. Montage: Die Skt.-Schraube
(Bild 9/1 ) mit Loctite sichern.
Anzugsmoment 20 Nm.
4. Kontrolle: Die Kurbel muß sich
bei unbelasteter Winde eine
Umdrehung nach links drehen
lassen, dazu Seiltrommel fest-
halten.
ACHTUNG:
Den Bremsmechanismus nicht
einölen oder einfetten!

• For the automatic cable unwind
(without load) the handle is to be
turned once to the left (counter-
clockwise) - the cable drum must
not
turn with it.
• Pull the safety knob (unlock),
remove handle and place it on
the guard provided.
• The cable can now be freely
pulled off the drum (Fig. 8 and 9)
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Wire cables are to be checked re-
gularly for wear. Criteria for discar-
ding such in accordance with DIN
15020 Part 2:
e.g. squashed areas, breaks in the
individual wires.
1. The winch has already been
greased at the works. However,
it is recommended to oil the
drive shaft bearing bushings
and the drum hub on a regular
basis.
The toothed wheel is to be
greased regularly.
The thread of the crank nut must
always be smooth.
2. If the handle is hard to turn, oil
or grease thread.
CAUTION: Only twist off when
unloaded!
3. Assembly: Secure the hexagon
cap screw (Fig. 9/1) with Loctite.
Torque: 20 Nm.
4. Control: When the winch is
unloaded it must be possible to
move the handle a full turn to the
left whilst holding the cable
drum.
CAUTION:
Do not oil or grease the braking
mechanism!
