• Keep the packaging film away from children, as
there is a risk of suffocation.
• The use of the torque wrench requires specialist
technical knowledge in the vehicle trade.
NOTE!
Risk of damage
• Screwed connections tightened to the incorrect
torque may lead to warping or deformation of the
affected component, damage to the thread on the
bike and therefore potentially to consequential
damages/compromised riding safety.
• To tighten the bolt to the correct torque, the
torque wrench must be set to the tightening
torque stipulated in these instructions for use,
and the wrench's trigger ("cracking" noise) during
the tightening process must be noted. If the
torque wrench has triggered, further tightening
must not take place, otherwise the tightening
torque will be falsified!
• If you get the impression during the tightening
process that a bolt is unable to withstand
the tightening torque or that it feels "soft"
or similar, stop tightening it immediately. The
thread is probably defective or the bolt material
inadequate. Check the components before
the thread breaks off and the bolt potentially
