by applicable law, Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for any
damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use its products, even if Milestone
AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd
disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.
If the claim falls within the warranty, Milestone AV Technologies Australia Pty Ltd will remedy
any defects in materials or workmanship becoming apparent during the Warranty Period, by
replacing or repairing any defective product or component (at its option) free of charge to the
purchaser in respect of replacement parts or labour.
For warranty claims made during the Warranty Period you must as soon as practicable return
your product to the retailer from which you purchased it or call Milestone AV Technologies
