Failure
The machine will

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDELINE

Reason
• Power source not connected
• Low inlet water pressure or no water
• Low-pressure switch failure,
cannot connect the power source
• High-pressure switch cannot
be restored
• Transformer is burned out
• High-pressure pump has lost
pressure
• Inlet water solenoid valve is
faulty, no water can get in (no
pure water)
• A pre-fi lter is clogged
• Non return valve is blocked
(waste water, no pure water)
• RO Membrane is clogged
• Storage tank doesn't have
enough pressure
• Post-activated carbon fi lter is
clogged
• Inlet solenoid valve failed, cannot
effectively cut off water supply
• Non return valve has lost pressure
(low waste water fl ow rate)
• Non return valve has lost pressure
• High-pressure switch failure
• Loss of pressure in the system
• Pre-fi lter is clogged
• RO membrane is clogged
• Inlet solenoid valve failure
• Non return valve is clogged
• Post-carbon fi lter is clogged
• High-pressure pump pressure is
not enough

Possible cause

• Check power source or power
source plug
• Check inlet water pressure
• After connecting the inlet water,
measure the resistance and
replace if needed
• After easing pressure, measure the
resistance and replace if needed
• Measure output voltage and
replace if needed
• Measure water pump pressure
and replace if needed
• Replace solenoid valve
• Check pure water and waste
water and replace the pre-fi lter
• Replace the non return valve
• Clean or replace the RO
membrane
• Infl ate the storage vessel and empty
tank; pressure should be
between 0.05 and 0.07MPa
• Replace the post-activated carbon fi lter
• Check waste water, replace the inlet
solenoid valve
• Check waste water, replace the non
return valve
• Replace the non return valve
• Replace the high pressure switch
• After checking the non return valve,
check for any water leaks in the
pipelines
• Replace the pre-fi lter
• Wash or replace the RO membrane
• Replace the inlet solenoid valve
• Replace the non return valve
• Replace the post-carbon fi lter
• Measure high-pressure pump water
pressure, replace if needed
