NOTE: During installation, ensure rear belly pan is shingled underneath the front belly pan. Failure to do so
may result in damage to belly pan.
41. Position the rear belly pan (1) to the underside of the vehicle and to the front fascia (3).
42. Using a 17mm socket/ratchet, install the fasteners (2) that secure the rear belly pan (1) to the underside of the
vehicle. Tighten the fasteners securely.
43. Lower the vehicle.
CAUTION: Do not let the tensioner arm snap back to
the freearm position, severe damage may occur to the
tensioner.
44. Rotate the belt tensioner (7) until it contacts its stop.
Install the belt (3) to the A/C compressor pulley (4) ,
then slowly rotate the tensioner (7) into the freearm
position.
45. Secure the engine block heater cord (1) to an existing
vehicle harness with the kit supplied tie straps.
