12. Program selection

On the Home screen (Figure 4), select the desired temperature or time by pressing
several times. By setting the values on the right side of the display, the right half of the
heating block is controlled. The same applies accordingly to the left side (VARIO 4 only).
Call a pre‑programmed temperature. The last used temperature is always displayed
first. The keys work in jog‑roll mode. Only programmed temperatures from the smallest to the
largest are displayed.
Call a pre‑programmed time. The last used time is always displayed first. The keys op‑
erate in jog‑roll mode. Only programmed times from the shortest to the longest are displayed.
Press to start the digestion (see Performing a digestion, page 48).

Press on the Home screen to access the settings (Figure 5). Press
