Installation Procedure
Heat insulation
• The HP gas pipe, the suction gas pipe and the liquid pipe should be heat insulated separately.
• The material for the HP gas pipe and the suction gas pipe should endure the high temperature over 120°C. and
for liquid pipe, it should be over 70°C.
• The material thickness should be over 10mm when the ambient temperature is 30°C, and when the relative
humidity is over 80%, the material thickness should be over 20mm.
• The material should cling closest to the pipe without any gap, it should be then be wrapped with adhesive tape.
The connection wire cannot be put together with the heat insulation material and should be at least 20cm away.
Fix the refrigerant pipe
• During the operation, the pipe will vibrate and expand or shrink.
If not fixed, the refrigerant will focus on one part and cause further damage to the broken pipe.
• To prevent the central stress, fix the pipe every 2-3m
