Safety
• If the air conditioner is transferred to others, this manual should be transferred along with it.
• Before installation, please read the "Safety precautions" carefully to confirm correct installation.
• The precautions include " WARNING" and " CAUTION". The precautions involving death or heavy injury
resulting from faulty installation are listed under " WARNING". The cautions listed under " CAUTION" may also
cause serious accidents. Hence, both are paramount for safety and must be executed strictly.
• After installation, perform a trial and confirm that everything is normal, then introduce the operation manual to the
user. Ask them to preserve it carefully.
• The installation or maintenance must be performed by the authorized agency. Non-specialized operation may
cause water leakages, electric shocks, or fire accidents.
• The installation should be performed as per the manual; faulty installation will cause water leakages, electric
shocks, or fire accidents.
• Please install the unit on a surface that can bear the weight; otherwise, the unit may fall and injure humans.
• The installation should be resistant to disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes. Incorrect installation may
cause the unit to fall.
• Use the correct, specified cables and ensure reliable grounding. Fix the terminals firmly since loose connections
will cause overheating or fire accidents.
• When setting or transferring the unit, other air should not enter into the refrigerant system, except for R410A.
The mixed gases will cause abnormally high pressure which will lead to breakages or human injury.
• When installing, please use the accessories or special parts provided with the unit, or it will cause water leakages,
electric shocks, fires, refrigerant leakages, etc.
• To prevent harmful gases from entering the room, do not drain the water from the drainpipe into a sanitation pipe
that could contain harmful gases, such as sulfurated gas.
• During and after installation, please confirm if there is refrigerant leakage; please take measures for ventilation.
• Do not install the unit in places where there may be flammable gas leakages. In case gas leaks around the unit,
it will cause fire.
• The drainage pipe should be installed according to the manual to ensure fluent drainage. Additionally,
take measures for heat insulation against condensation. Incorrect water pipe installation will cause water leakages
and wetness.
• For the liquid and gas pipes, take adequate measures for heat insulation. If there is no heat insulation,
the condensation will cause wetness.
