4.7 Guards
All dangerous areas are closed with guards and protective devices
fixed to the chassis with screws making all hazardous areas
inaccessible to the operator.

Transport and installation

5.1 Lifting and handling
IMPORTANT - Follow the instructions below.
The machine is delivered from the Manufacturer on a pallet and
packed in a special cardboard box. Before unpacking, the machine
can be transported and handled by means of a lift truck with a
capacity of at least 200 kg.

To unpack the machine, remove the straps holding the cardboard
box to the pallet and remove the box. The machine rests on the
pallet used for transport with the handlebar folded down onto the
machine itself. The weight of the machine allows it to be lifted easily
by two people. The tubular steel handlebar must be inserted into the
steel U-section housing and fixed with the special screws.

5.2 Installation
IMPORTANT - Before proceeding with installation
read the following warnings carefully.
Failure to observe the following warnings could
cause injury, death or damage to equipment.
If the batteries were ordered together with the machine, they will already
be mounted and checked by the Manufacturer.

Remove the cowling by slackening the fixing screws;

Rest the battery on the stand and connect with the
terminals (RED - positive and BLUE - negative).

terminals are different;

Now connect the electrical cable coming from the
handlebar to the cable from the machine.

Verify the level of electrolyte inside the cells

Close the cowling by tightening the screws;

Charge the battery by plugging the battery charger
connector into the socket at the back of the machine;
IMPORTANT – Do not use battery chargers with
different powers to charge the batteries
