Unpack each element before starting to assemble the staircase. Position the elements on an ample surface and
check their quantity (TAB. 1: A = Code, B = Quantity).
Preliminary assembly
1. Assemble elements C72 in the treads (L29 or L30) (determine the position of the holes with the template
provided) with articles C57 and B02 (fig. 2) and drill the tread with a Ø 4.5 mm point. Warning: carefully
consider the direction of rotation of the stair before drilling.
2. Carefully measure the height from floor to floor to determine the number of plastic spacers (D45) required and
prepare above its spacer (D47) (TAB. 2).
3. End baluster assembly ("X"): assemble elements F35, F36, C79, D75, BR1, C76 and C74 to the balusters C67
and elements F35, F36, C79, D75, BR1, C76 to the balusters C68 and C73 (fig. 3-3a) (fig. 1a).
Warning: align the hole on article F35 with the holes on the baluster (C67-C68).
4. Intermediate baluster assembly ("Y"): assemble elements F35, F36, C79, D39, C77 and C74 to the balusters
C67 and elements F35, F36, C79, D39 and C77 to the balusters C68 (fig. 3-3a) (fig. 1a).
Warning: align the hole on article F35 with the holes on the baluster (C67-C68).
5. Secure F35 in a permanent manner working on the inner screw.
6. Assemble the base G03, B17 and B46 (fig. 1).
Assembly
7. Determine the centre of the opening on the floor and position the base (G03+B17+B46) (fig. 4).
8. Drill using a Ø 14 mm point and secure the base (G03+B17+B46) to the floor with elements B13 (fig. 1).
9. Tighten the tube (G02) on the base (G03+B17+B46) (fig. 1).
10. Insert the base cover (D46) in the tube (G02) (fig. 5).
11. Establish what type of 1st tread will be used: triangular (L29) or angular (L30). Insert the following in order:
plastic spacers (D45), the spacer (D47), plastic spacers (D45), the first tread (L29 or L30), plastic spacers
(D45), the spacer (D47), plastic spacers (D45) and then again a tread (L29 or 30) and proceed in the same
manner. Arrange the treads in the position they would assume once the staircase has been assembled, propping
the corner treads if necessary to avoid having the central column bear their weight before the staircase has
been assembled completely (fig. 5).
12. Once you have reached the end of the tube (G02), tighten element B47, tighten the following tube (G02) and
continue to assemble the staircase (fig. 5).
13. Once you have reached the end of the next column (G02), tighten element B46 and element G01 (tighten
element G01 taking into account the fact that it must be 15 cm taller than the height of the staircase (fig.6 ).
Continue to insert the treads using element D01 inserted into the tread (L29 or L30).
14. Insert the landing last (E02). Position the landing (E02) on the treads(L29 or L30) arrival side (fig. 8).
Cut the landing (E02) if necessary, taking into account the size of the floor opening (fig. 4). Insert elements C72
(determine the position of the openings using the template provided) with elements C57 and B02, and drill the
landing using a Ø 4.5 mm point.
15. Insert elements B05, B04 and secure element C70 (fig. 1).
Fixing the landing
16. Move element F12 next to the floor. Determine the position, maintaining a distance of approximately 15 cm from
the outer edge of the floor (E02), drill using a Ø 14 mm point and secure permanently using elements B13 (fig. 1).
17. Secure elements F12 to the landing (E02) using elements C58 (drill the landing (E02) with a Ø 5 mm point).
18. Position elements B95.
Assembling the lateral connecting spacers
19. For the sides of the staircase which do not provide for railing, insert sections of column C81 which have been
cut to size. Close the sides of the column with articles C74 (fig. 11).
Railing assembly
20. Starting from the landing (E02) insert the "X" baluster (C67) connecting the treads (L29 or L30) and then the
"Y" intermediate balusters (C67) (fig.3 a). Align the balusters (C67) with element F36 with the opening towards
the top (fig. 8). Only tighten element B02 from the lower tread (fig. 2). Warning: for the sides of the staircase
